Smash Attack Reads...Where Smash Attacks Books!

I just read the entire Shifters series, thus far, in 3 weeks, which is quite the accomplishment for me! Faythe is a stellar character and it has been a pleasure to experience her growth and maturation. It is always refreshing to read about a strong heroine, especially when she isn’t cookie-cutter perfection. I love Faythe’s inability to shut her trap and that makes her more real, to me. She is a lovable feline. :) This book broke my heart! I am just devastated by Ethan’s demise and in shock over the revelation at the end of Prey! What a cliffhanger! I feel really bad for Angela. Poor girl has no clue what the hell she got herself into there! And I do recall reading something about humans bearing weres, but it's rare - or something? Very interesting!I am very antsy to see what is in store for Faythe and her Pride. I see some very hard choices coming her way, and some serious climatic events occurring. She is about to take on a serious role in the future of her Pride.I am so amazed at this fantastic world that Rachel has created, full of dedicated, strong, proud and honorable characters. I love that she has taken the time to describe the Shifting scenes. For some reason, I really love reading about their transformations.
